You get your gold at the end of the workshift, so 60 minutes ago you enrolled at a mining facility for 175 gold.
Your laborers guild is only level 1, so it will be increased with 20%;
175*1.20 = 210. |
| If you enrolled before then you get the gold when the workshift is over. either that or you did a hunt to earn gold or someone gave it to you |

| You don't always get your gold at the end of your workshift. Sometimes when the facility shift ends earlier than your workshift, you get the gold early. |

Actually almost everytime facility shift ends sooner than your workshift.
