I know what my wage is, but what does "produced goods and required resources" reffer to? | When you enrol to work anywhere, you take part in a manufacturing process, producing the type of goods the factory features. Productivity is how many units of that goods you produce per workshift.
Also, when you enrol anywhere other than Mining facilities, you use raw materials to create the final product. Naturally, with your productivity increasing, the amount of materials also increases proportionally.
Thus a great LG3 labourer produces twice more final product by using twice more raw mats compared to guild newbie. | A production facility uses resources to create the good- you productivity increases your wage, the number of things produced, and so also the amount of resources to produce that thing. | Oh, I understand now. So it's not affecting me, but the facility's actions. | Well, you get paid for what you produce there =) So it's all actually tied up into one complex bonus. | Yes, everything makes sense now xD | closed by Lady Takesister (2009-12-21 20:27:47) |
