:40 - second hunt
maximum 2 hunts for level 4. 40-60min to get new hunt.
But for a level 1 or 2. 20-30min to get new hunt.
:00 - first hunt
:20 - second hunt
:40 - third hunt
1:00 - fourth hunt

Yes it is. By paying 10 diamonds, you can secure yourself a hunting license at the hunting guild in GC, which will allow you to hunt 50% faster for a month.
