Sorry, but this is not a contest. There will be no winner. I just want to know what other player's effort and dedication to this game.
While I respect what Kotrin did, but do you know that many players also spend their money? FYI, there are some players who already donate more than 1,000 diamonds. I myself also donate diamonds. Not much, just a little bit over 100.
But that is NOT what I have in my mind.
What I have in mind is: if you have made 'something' related to this game (tools, scripts, information, tutorial, screen captures, video etc) please share.
So all of us can know what kind of 'valuable informations' are there. Even better if we can share it for the sake of LWM community :) |

So, how addicted I am to LordsWM??
- Founded #145 Warriors' Guild, a clan to get rid of AFK players (don't laugh)
- Was just level 5 then
- Bought http://www.warriors-guild.org domain name, found a hosting plan
- Set up Warriors' Guild forum for the clan, learned phpBB
- installed Joomla! content manager too, although no use for the moment
- Followed online training to get skill in Adobe Flash CS3 and improve Warriors' Guild flash intro
- Entered Thieves' Guild with Diamonds just to get a TGI for my clan, back in August 08
- Actually fought my way to TG level 2... As a wizard... (don't laugh please)
- Actually lost this TGI the second time it was rented out, the guy started cheating and was finally blocked (ok, you can laugh)
- Founded three clans with the aim of becoming military (Hey, you never know!)
- Actually managed to militarize #365 Warriors' Guild Wrath first, proud to have it the first military clan on the server!
- Interviewed Arctic and MasterTI about the game, was interviewed once
- Was appointed forum Moderator, then Keeper
- Maintained a strict policy on cheaters and never cheated, no matter how many easy victories could have been achieved otherwise
- Switched to every faction to know how they played (grass is NOT greener on the other side, I tell ya!)
- Usually on line 16h a day, not from cell phone!
- Gathered various information from .ru server and .ru clans (Google Translate is your friend)
- Maintains Dwarf war info and tactics base for clan mates
- Reported cheaters by hundreds, relentlessly cleaned clan ranks
- Never quited, no matter how insulted or facing an angry mob as a Moderator or a Keeper
- Played 800+ tavern games, and lost almost 100'000 in stakes, for a +1 luck bonus (I don't even use it)
- Bought a new computer to play this game
- Managed to enroll from various places (doctor's waiting room, airport...)
- Set up various tournaments
- Bought an estate for a million gold just for bragging rights (hat tip: Georgia - noblesse oblige)
- Bought a software to translate some help from .ru to .com (didn't work)
- Took a new Internet provider to have a more reliable connection
- Have 13765 messages in my inbox at the moment
- Wrote 9803 private messages myself!
- Received two in-game marriage invitations o_O
- Made plenty of online friends!
...But still managed to break off the game for holidays, and living a happy family life in the Real World - you know, the strange place you see between two enrolls...
But yeah, I think I am addicted, don't you think? Although there's probably worse around :) |

What it does :
- Complete information of every artifact in the game
- Repair Optimization for the user
- Repair Optimization for the smith
- Artifact selection for every available slot
* Total AP
* Cost per battle
* Effect of the artifacts on your character. (Parameters and other bonuses)
Now we try to expand it to simulate battles.
Expect of this i have stay with this game for more than a year though i can not play all the time. |
I was very addicted to this game, even more so to the roulette for a while lol. Donated well over 250, maybe 300+...Euros to this server. I don't even want to remember ^^
Biggest contribution to game was being responsible for this rule:
3.6.1. Donating on other players' behalf for them to get diamonds in exchange for their in-game gold is illegal and will be prosecuted as violation of 3.6.
So many younger people, so many people from poor countries, that won't have a bank account, credit cards or 'money' for several years. Oh well...saved me a lot of money though.
Community matters. My clan and I will always push this agenda forward because we want to enjoy the time we spend playing. Maybe we'll do another Diamond run event and flood the server with diamonds (my clan has most of the big donators on this server) if progress keeps up.

I know it's not a contest, it was a figure of speech, i think kotrin has listed many reasons about why i think he is the most addicted.

I made this topic to collect some interesting facts/information which might be useful to enrich our experience in playing this game. Especially if you've made some tools, or collect interesting/hardly known information etc.
