AuthorQuestion about creatures magic resistance
I have a question about the magic resistance of some creatures. for example golems and modern golems. Does their magic proof apply to spells like weakness and disruption ray that reduce attack or defense by a fixed amount?
I believe it should, but I have found that disruption ray is unaffected by magic resist.
It seems that the magic resist only reduces damage, not debuffs.
Magic proof & Magic shield are two distinct types of magic resistance; Golems possess Magic shield, not Magic proof.

Magic shield only resists elemental damage, while Magic proof resist debuffing effects too.
ok thanks guys. I've noticed that when I cast delay on creatures with magic proof like unicorns, it doesn't have the normal effect. That's why I asked. QATC.
