| 21 hasnt come up in over 250 spins but i seem to have lost alot of money betting on it today. I know there is someone with plenty of money out there who can give me a loan... | | begging on the forums is forbidden | where was that in the rules?
i thought anything was allowed in the general forum
anyways 21 came up, the one time in several hours that that i missed it, i knew as soon as i hit the roulette page to see it was at 19:XX that it would come up on the one time i missed it, @%#^$&*(_)*&(^%$#@^&* roulette

1. This forum thread is not the place for topics which have their own corresponding threads, like: "Trade forum", ""Ideas & Suggestions", "Complaints & Applications" and so on. If you've muddled the thread by accident - leave a request for moving/deleting it.
2. Before creating a new topic - make sure there are no similar topics on the first pages of the thread. Cloning topics is forbidden.
3. Your topic should comply with the thread's name - i.e. concern the _general_ game problems or discussion. Trying to give out personal interests for common ones will be punished by an extra-long ban.

1. General statements.
1.1. The following rules regulate the forum's activity and are to be indisputably discharged by the users and moderators.
1.2. Ignorance of the following rules does not relieve the responsibility for their violation.
1.3. The Administration does not pledge to inform users about alteration and/or addendum, since they are accessible to public at the current help section anytime.
1.4. Moderators have a right to settle additional local rules in forum branches, if those rules do not contradict with the game rules.
1.5. Moderator's actions can be disputed by putting in an application to the game Secretary (thread link and detailed description of the application cause required).

2. Message content.
2.1. The user takes complete responsibility for the information he or she posts in forum messages.

3. Ban.
3.1. Those that have significantly violated the forum rules are liable to ban - temporary withdrawal of access to posting at the forum.
3.2. The administrator and/or moderator have a right to ban a user immediately for an indefinite term for a single significant forum rules violation or for any other reason considered sufficient for such a sanction.
3.3. Moderators or Administration have a right, but no duty, to inform the users or other moderators of the reasons and terms of a ban that they have applied.
4. Flood, advertising, foul words and insults.
4.1. 4.3. Flashmobs on our forums are forbidden. Flashmobs are events when a player or a group of players post multiple messages of similar content in order to promote a topic, sink a different topic or provoke a moderator to lock or delete an important topic.

i cant argue with 3.1 of the general rules, but here's a question
how does one get a loan if it is forbidden to ask for one? i know people get loans all the time so how does it work, they just sit back and wait for some generous high level to pass them a few thousand unsolicited? | eh, dont give me those crap excuses.
1st of all, 'invest' on roulette means take your own risk.
2nd, rules show that no begging on public.
3rd, you want a loan? simple, go to ask in private channel. but, it doesnt guarantee you will get a loan from other.
