When you stay in estate , you have benefits to heal your troops faster .
e.g : 20% to renter means heal 20% faster to a player who stay in.

Now seriously...you cant build estates.They were sold off at a exclucive bid by Empire,and cost on an average 800k-1mil.You can still buy them from other players at the market.But probably they will charge upto 2mil. |
