Just found some use of renting estate - to correct your usual IQ :)

Corrected IQ = IQ*(0.99)^n

I enroll 11 times while playing against an ambush without wearing arts, and didn't finish a quest in time.
Since I failed to meet 2 of the conditions (enrolling 10 times, one battle against a monster {0}), I guess my corrected IQ = IQ*(0.99)^0
________________________________________________= IQ*1
________________________________________________= IQ
So my IQ doesn't change.
Anyway, we're going off topic, till now, I don't know why you can't rent an estate. Are you sure the estate has the rooms to rent you? Are you sure the estate have -the upgrade that allows it to rent out rooms while the user is offline-? |

renting estates is very useful, I recommend :) |
I think that at the current stage renting an estate is almost useless ...
In fact, you gain back your health faster but think about this:
- you can only have a hunt once in 40-60 min (random)
- you can only have a MQ once in 20-40 min (depending on your reputation)
- you can have more ambushes only if win (otherwise, wait 1h once you loose)
- you can, maybe, fight more PvP (but think that normally at high level you need to wait 15-30 min for one to start)
- the max time to wait for full health is 15 min (if you lost your previous fight)
Even if you need to wait only 10 min instead of 15 to get back to full health, does it really help?
What can be different is if we have clans war or dwarf war .. then, maybe, having the chance to fight more often can be of help (I am not sure about this point because I do not know how exactly these 2 events will run). |
| sorry for double post but I realized you can also help in hunts, so there are virtually infinite number of hunts you can fight in a hour ... this could be a plus for renting estates |
