Can or not?

AuthorCan or not?
Can I use for my secondary character thief arts? What about great hunter or mh arts?
doesnt matter for your multi, since you already broke tons of rules with it
3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Trying to wash the money through substitute parties is a serious violation leading to block of the additional characters and penalty to the main one.
3.13.1. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.
3.13.2. Additional characters are not allowed to enchant or repair other players' items.
3.13.3. Additional characters are not allowed to transfer items for repairing or enchanting.
3.13.4. Additional characters are not allowed to take or give items for rent.
3.13.5. Additional characters are not allowed to buy avatars (even at the expense of the main character) or any other game services.
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
Additional characters can enter the Guild using diamonds, but the TGIs and artifacts received as guild bonuses cannot be traded to other characters. We would like to remind you that additional characters only serve to get acquainted with the features of other factions
3.13.7. Additional characters are not allowed to interact with Estates in any way, i.e. buying or selling them (including betting on them on the auction), renting rooms, storing artifacts, etc.
for Sven91: do you feel a difference between "secondary character" & "multi'?
for BeneTleilax: you can
In this game where you're allowed (under conditions of course) to have up to 3 characters (in most if not all other games it is forbidden) "multi" and "secondary character" are the same.

@1
You can't use thief arts. Hunter, MH and GH are allowed.
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
The only way you could legally use thief arts is if you entered the thieves guild by diamonds and earned them by leveling up your thieving lvl if I'm not mistaken.
You can because now admins are sleeping...
You can because now admins are sleeping...

doesn't mean we should encourage cheaters... you should be ashamed of yourself
so, the only solution for me is to use Great hunter maskrobe (no Thief cloak) and Great hunter amulet in battles.damn:|
Well, 'rare artifact sets' arn't defined, so it might include GH set, but i don't think so.

you can only use those 2 if you get them from a hunt, you can't buy hunter arts.
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.

So GH arts are not rare.
And sure he can buy them from market. Rules only specify that hunter arts can be acquired in a hunt (as an explanation for which arts are considered rare), not that a secondary cannot buy them from market.
From rule 3.13.6. Rare artifact definition:
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.

So hunters sets aren't, thief set is rare and TGI is rare!

BTW when did they change it?
At the end of last year this part wasn't in the rule: and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
Since 3.13.1-6 were amended, which was long time ago.
This topic is long since last update and considered obsolete for further discussions.
