| its to do with moral i believe the higher the moral the more the chance of getting "bursting for more action". |
the more morale you had, the higher chance to burst action BUT it doesnt mean you can guaranteed get burst action with 5 morale. any more than 5 morale will not increase the chance.
yet, use a better title next time |
