Are alternate chars. allowd to have ench. artifacts? My alt, -Arcus- , has 2 enchanted artifacts currently.
A Mithril Longsword [E6A7W6F10]

All of which I got through the market, obviously. Though it can be acquired via map's facilities (non-enchanted) and sometimes artifact shop (non-enchanted) , I'm unsure if I can hold on to them. They cost me over 125k TOTAL, and I don't want to waste that money. :(

Yes, this is fine. Alts are allowed to have enchanted arts, but these rules:

would make it hard for you. Since you can't have anyone repair your arts and you have to repair only your own arts. |

You can sell your enchanted arts.
Rule 3.13.6 prohibit alts from obtaining or selling thief arts / TGI other than via diamonds. You can use diamonds to get TGI and thief arts, but you can't sell them.
Rule 3.13.7 doesn't even allow alts to rent estates. |
3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
Rare artifacts are any items that are not displayed in the Artifact shop and that cannot be acquired in hunt.
Enchanted arts can not be bought in the shops and ARE considered as rare artifacts. The ONLY thing you can do with it is to transfer it to EMPIRE.
The only way an additional character can have enchanted arts is to enchant them himself. |
| I wouldn't consider enchanted shop arts as rare artifacts, but #7 interprets that rule as such. I would recommend waiting for a more definitive answer to your question. |

Though from instructions we received from him as juries these transfers were considered as illegal for alt characters.
As your transfer logs otherwise look clean (with the exception of the thief crossbow) it is worth a try. |

| Enchanted shop arts are still considered 'regular artifacts', so you get to keep them (if i'm right), but you can't let someone (especially not your main!) repair them. So i think you just wasted your money :S |

If enchanted arts were not covered by rare arts in the rules then people would just "sell" their 0/xx arts to a repairer and then "buy" it back again once it was repaired. |
