I just read faqs

and still don't understand how to
Sell resource to factory.

and about enroll
from lvl 1 till lvl 3 I enroll in sawmill which give me 175 / hour
I use to click to Machining and production tab but never be able to enroll in them

Recruiting is extremely easy and comfortable.
The main thing to remember here is that by recruiting a lot of troops of one kind, you limit other kinds' numbers.
The maximum number of each recruitable creature type depends on your character's combat level and respective castle constructions, as well as faction skill level for knights and necromancers.
So If I lower one troop I will be able to Raise another ?

It'll buy resources when it needs it and can pay for it.

Workshift ends at: 06:05
You need to wait for shiftend at 6:05 and have someone enroll there to use the resources. Then you also need it to have enough gold to buy your resources.
Currently this machining facility has Free posts : 0 which means even if it has gold to pay for your wages, you can't enroll because there are no work slots for you. | You can read about tournaments here:

Overall yes, but there are limits. You can't lower any troop below 0, you can't raise any troop above a certain limit (which is determined by your combat level, buildings, and certain faction levels), and certain troops are not interexchangeable with others (but this one only usually applies to higher combat levels who have more troops).

Usually no. You should save your gold. | yes sv ur gold..need to borrow some though..for me.
and if u enroll 10 times a row u get work penalty.

You are never able to enroll in them because one of the following is true for that factory:
1) The [factory's gold]<[Wage*Your Laborers' guild mutilplier (in your case one)]
2) There is no free spots. Free posts : 0
3) There is not enough resources to let you enroll. See the bottom part of the facility. If you see any red numbers, look to the left of that row, where you will see a smaller number, which is required for you to enroll. If you have the resource, then sell it, Sell resource to factory. Then you can enroll, assuming 1 and 2 are false.
