| Administrations probably wants us to buy diamonds, OR, wants to teach people who never hunt or enroll a lesson. Most probably wanting us to buy diamonds. |
| Without this rule nobody would buy artifacts. After a time all factories are full of arts but don't have gold --> no one could enroll any more. |
| Because it keeps the game balanced and it means that it is more fun, besides you will find that as you go through the higher levels you will need arts to fight because of how hard it gets. |

Honestly, I think the rule should have been in effect since level 1 (min AP= level at all levels).
As for telling it's to sustain the economy... I doubt it would suffice, let alone contribute to it in any significant manner.
But it slowly push casual players towards other parts of the game (like enrolling, traveling, etc.) which is good. |
| I do not agree if it has to be applied since Combat Level 1. I agree with the rule to wear AP. |
