AuthorDouble Scamming
I don't know if this is a complex question, but here's a case.

Player [A] <--The scammer.
Player [B] <--Player who got scammed by Player A.
Player [C] <--Me, the "other" scammer.

Here's a situation.

Player [A] offers Player [B] 500,000 for a TGI directly sold from inventory. Player [B] willingly accepts to send first, seeing Player [A] is a friendly and trusted player in the community. However, Player [A] scams Player [B] out of the 500k. Now here's where I come into play. I persuade [A] that I have an Enchanted Mithril Longsword [E10F10I10W10] And I am willing to sell it for 500k. We barter and argue among who sends first. [A] finally accepts to send 500k for the longsword. I scam [A]. Seeing as [B] was scammed, I send back the gold to [B]. Now here's my question. In this case,
Would:

1.) [A] gets fined.
2.) [A] and [C] are fined.
3.) [A] gets banned.
4.) [A] and [C] get banned.
they both should be blocked
Scammers [A] and [C] should get blocked for well... scamming.
[B] gets nothing from admins and only receives [C]'s "gift". If [C]'s gift exceeds 30% of his current gold+resources, then both [C] and [B] could get fined.
Yes, I honestly don't understand how or why the Administrators, Programmers & Developers haven't implemented a way that people cannot get cheated out of gold or items in trading. I've never seen this lack of respect for players in any other game.
for Zephyranna:
Admins already have limited implementation for trading.
1.) Through marketplace.
2.) Any arts (and TGI) can be sold for gold+resources. (transfer)
3.) Any elements can be sold for gold+resources. (transfer)
[A] should get blocked and [C] should get fined. They both scammed people, but, it should also be the same punishment, I would say ask an admin.
#2 & #3 sum it up very well.

The only sure way to avoid being cheated when transferring items is to put the price in the transfer so the receiver pays it when they accept item to their inventory.
One addition. If player [B} returns the gold to player [C] within 1 month OR if it was within 30% of [C]'s networth & marked as a "gift" in transfer description then they would not be fined.
wulf you did the right thing,if i was the one deciding the punishment,i wouldnt even punish you,but in this case i don't think admins are fair that way

He didn't actually do it. He was asking a "what if ....". and basically cheating is cheating regardless of the intentions.

Both would be blocked or very heavily fined. They would know they were breaking the rules before they did it so no defence or mercy due from the admins.
if i was the one deciding the punishment,i wouldnt even punish you

Thats why you are not in a position to decide. But then again if you were you would have to punish yourself. Oh wow that would be something.
what the.... why does C should get fine, if he pay the money back to B???

this rules so ridiclous, i mean just a people don't know that they can trade safely(by transferring the item and specify the price), and C just wanted to help B that was scammed by player A, and C get refined/blocked too????

regards
Mmm...so [A] and [C] would be blocked in this case because both were breaking the rules, even if I had "good" intentions.

Thanks for the answers.
