back then the lev req to join a clan was lev 3.
Since the warclans came lev req has increased to 5 (at least on .ru)
I am not 100% about our server, but I think it is 5 here too. |

In other words, probalbly level 5+ to be a mod
and believe it or not, admins look at English as being more important than knowing the rules. since the rules are easy to pick up, and you always have a reference. but of course if you have done some illegal stuff in the past, you may be overlooked |

I can give you another hundred examples if you want. As said before, the rules were changed when military clans were introduced. It used to be 3, not it is 5 |
