"New" rule is over 6 monthes old.
And yes, admins' aim is to make more money by selling more TGI.
TGI was pretty cheap when you could lease it, and very few people were actually buying it for diamonds. |

I'm not going to say the current prices are low or that a TGI isn't expensive, but a TGI is completely affordable if you save for it and you don't need to be level 13 or 14.
For comparison level 1-12 buildings cost almost as much as a TGI. And that is for each faction, so if a player has level 12 buildings for all 7 factions, then that's almost the same as having 7 TGIs.
Level 1-14 buildings cost almost 1 million gold per faction.
How do players afford all this?
