atleast der main char!!!!
atleast dey must do dat after a year
cause dats enough punishment for breaking d rules!
atleast small crimes desevre small punishment i didnt hack anybody so not sucha big crimes so y i am not unblocked!
im waitin probably since 6 months to get unblocked
n all mods say to talk to secretary n secretary never replies

| In almost all cases (except for mistakes) blocks are permanent, Secretary won't do much for you. |
To my understanding, once blocked there is no comeback

So far as i know, admins are all russian. Perhaps you should try writing in proper english? :)
They might have not even read your pm (admins do read personal messages) after seeing all 'dat' and 'dis' and 'dey' |
