are there anyone who kind enough to ask those admin for un-block this character? (i can't send PM)

reason : first, this account is not multi, but the main
prOve : how can Mr-Lord be the main(which has dirty transfer logs and will got blocked sooner or later) and Mr-Akim be the multi(which is in 'pure' state)???
so, rules 3.1 will not work on the account becoz it's only block additional character, while Mr-Akim is not ...
