AuthorQuestion regarding behemoths and incorporeal effect
I just had a battle with a behemoth monster.

https://www.lordswm.com/warlog.php?lt=-1&warid=23011809

I observed that, every time that it could it hit my appas. All three of my solo apparitions went down when they took their first retal. The larger stack was hit as it took each of the first two hits on the behemoth. The only miss was the auto miss after the first two hits. Is this normal?

I do understand randomness - things like this will happen naturally, but have others encountered this?
(1/2)^3 = 1/8 = 12.5% chance that your 3 stacks in a row could miss. I wouldn't call this chance high, but it's a little early to call this abnormal or a bug.
* 3 stacks in a row got hit.
I have had the same thing happen. just bad luck.
The problem is if they would miss your stacks even 5 times in a row, you wouldnt find that weird, harming and probably wont even remember such situation.

Its same with the morale, luck, elements after merc. quest, the 50% random doesnt mean 10101010, that wouldnt be random at all. In the long run, miss/hit count should be around 50%.(maybe less misses, because in pvp, people use magic after 2 hits to reset the timer, but I think you got the point..)
i remember the grey ol times when ghosts just had 30% miss chance, no forced hit instead of 3rd miss - now THAT was random :) lucky us, they were cut :)
Actually, pantheon, you're leaving out the two hits in a row on the larger stack. 12.5% is not that wierd. Now (1/2)^5 = 1/32 = about a 2.5% chance.

I did comment that it could be simply random - that is the purpose for this, Omega. I'm not complaining "ZOMG! MY APPA MISS NOT WORKING! IZ HUGE GLITCH! IZ NOT FAIR!!!!!111!!!1!1oneoneone!!!!1

I do understand randomness - sometimes it really stinks, sometimes its a life saver, I was just interested in the fact that he got every hit possible - that's at best a rare event.
I thought you were asking whether the behemoth's ability somehow overcomes or distorts the apparitions' incorporeality. I'm pretty sure the answer would be no, but it's an intriguing thought.
