I'm quite sure admins just grabbed some cheap language detection software and were all too happy to implement it on every server with different settings.
Honestly, I don't see the point, especially when people use whatever language exists on Earth in battle chat. But, -steinar-, I guess your error is to search too far for any logic thinking here :) |

even language detection software is not needed :} it's far more simple - along with the generality of special characters, disallowed are also the cyrillic symbols, except for private mails.

nobody prevents you from talking in whatever language you want in the chat. just enter with your friends an empty room or your clan room and speak freely. |
