Are you trying to say this is a lot or very little?
My consecutive failed ambushes record is probably around 450. I wasn't trying to set a high record. During the course of over 1 year and losing ~2000 ambushes I periodically wore full arts to test to see how much (if any) my caravan difficulty has decreased. |
why not just have this idea added to mercenary quest?

We got a quest for you! A warrior of the empire[10] is coming to inspect the Gem mine (Blooming Glade) quick! - go there and ambush him. bring back the "Letter to the high priest of the empire" so we know when and where to send our thief group to intercept the Great mage's caravan.

Because invaders, brigands, and conspirators seem to be doing that. Those merc guild quests have you defeating those groups, not helping them.
Which is why I thought that type of quest should belong to the thief guild, which can be seen as working against merc guild. |

yes this is what im saying, it is very boring to loose so many tims without any chance to win, so we should also have another way to get TG points |

Merc quest is the good side, that's protecting the empire, but Thieves is the opposite |

only think should be chancing on thieving is that in monings at servertime you cant get ambushes even half us much as in evening on server time |

Not sure why you put a -1 for this.
As for the ambush rate, yes, they need to change it. I usually play at server late night time, in which the rate is high if you can even get 1/4 of server morning time. |

^^ +1 3 240 +1% initiative, 1 random Thief set artifact, Thief leader's trust It's outdate trust :p Maybe a double ambush in same region, with no difficulty increased if win. |
