Faction level bonuses are not even shown at hero`s page. Only at troops recruiting and battle.
No. Sure. They cannot be redistributed.
Only points from combat level and mercenaries guild can be redistributed by potion of oblivion.
Hunter`s guild and laborers guild are fixed.
Erudition points can be resent anytime along with talents reset. |

Ah, okay. When I saw "+2 Attk, +1% Init of troops", I thought +2 attk to hero and nit to troops, hence the confusion.
