No there is no game over.
Combat level only means you get a certain set of troops and are able to wear certain set of arts.
And keep in mind ... in this game, Higher level player does not necessarily mean a better player (in terms of strategy), what i mean to say is ... in this game even a very mediocre player can reach level 14, if he is persistent,whereas taking example of civilization series , to win at deity difficulty ( which is max difficulty) you HAVE to be a good strategist , and a mediocre player, no matter how persistent will not win at that difficulty.
I enjoy the game and play at my pace. At my level (level 5) and below generally, majority of players are not courteous, and tend to go afk. when loosing. so i avoid group battles. at higher levels they generally don't go afk. so that is a definite plus for leveling up.
Don't focus too much on level .... think about it... chess has only one level( even when the grandmasters play the get the same set of troops which a beginner gets),is it not interesting ?
Variety in the game is not due to level ( not too much in any case) but more due to the opponent, be it AI or human. If you have enjoyed the game so far continue to do so ... if you didn't, chances are you wont enjoy it level at 14 either because the things that come with higher level will add a bit to the game but will not transform the game that you start liking it.
I agree with Dionysus that you need to improve on all your stats (LG 0? O_O), faction skills if you are planning to play for a long time. |
