You are magic demon, zap them back ! :p
On a serious note, as long as there's different combat levels, different factions, different racials, different build, it's almost impossible to balance both sides and form 'equal' teams, imho. |

It is very hard to construct it a priori so that they are completely matched, exactly because there's different combat levels, different factions, different racials, different builds, but in some time the tournament will become smarter based on the results already obtained. |

awww that sucks. I can only play today and tomorrow, preferably I dont want to spend 3000 gold per battle + 1700 gold joining fee just to get smashed like that |

| Well that is annoying it cost me 2 oblivion potions + ridiculous money in arts at least I can use them another time. On a side note Darkness demon would be very good in a 3 vs 3. 5 x5 area is really something special. |
im starting to hate the mixed tourney. im teamed up with real real real real stupid people with all the craziestly lousy recruitment and afk and "clicking wrong all the time" ...... just fed up... im poor and really need the prize money............... tourney- stop giving me stupid people on my team.
for example, as a level 11 necro the worst opponent i can face is a level 10 Magic De. and thats exactly what i got. (dealing 520 damage every turn) and my team partner levle 9 knight should be having 80+ xbow and instead only have 50 recruits..... |
| I had a better go that time as might. Not a win but i got 4096 exp and 3.86 fsp which is a quality ratio. ive abandoned all hopes of winning |
From what i remember of 1st mixed tournament, high level spellcasters crush everything most of the time.
It was especially true where the opponent high level hero was in the opposite corner.
He just had time to cross half the battlefield before being burned to ash.
I will just play for fsp and not to win for sure. |

Nearly everyone posting here is in a militiary clan. Is this the standard? "Boo hoo hoo. Waaa. It's too hard." Harden up princesses.
Sometimes you will get a rough match up. Sometimes you think you are on the winning side because the match up is so uneven (say 3 wiz vs 3 barb) and then someonegoes AFK and you can win.
Anyone thinking their individual brillaince and being a master tactician will mean they'll win and pick up a prize, think again. You need to play decently, because if you play poorly you wil drag your team down, but there's a large luck element. Accept it. |
