Did someone read the last post from Arctic?
He sead - to increase the possibility to win group with the same lvl players, but different factions.
My last fight was in team of 3 DE, waht we got in 2nd wave? The worst enemies what DE could get - Unholy Knight many stacs with 50 in each and 5-5 stacs of skelet bows with 1000+ each.
So to increase chance team up with same lvl or just +/- 1 lvl and different factions.
P.S. As I found if in team are necro (veak faction to fight unded)- then waves are easy.

Am I'm the only one that isn't understanding why the low levels have such fast fights? In the time I have done one fight, they have done two and regain their health.
Beside the fact, that I did find their fight much more easier to do. When I'm fighting with a level 3+4, the second wave did have around 35 more Unholy Knights and 250 more skelet bowmen then they would have, if all players are level 3-4. |

2.) As a Holy Wizard not going might build would be incredibly stupid since you deal most damage through your troops so you want them to be as strong as possible. |
| @72. Point 2. Only if you focus your buffs on your units. If you buff your allies, then not going might, may be more viable. |
@72 The good thing in this combats are the shared exp. if your team wins then no matter if you likked 1 enemy troop or 10`000 the exp you will get the same. And if you can Mass rapid Shrews to 26 init + chase + bless + give protection from arrows then those troops are unstopable.
And you have in team necro who can mass delay enemy to 7 init (or lower) then imagane how fast they will all die... :)
But remember - preffere to joins +/- 1 lvl as you have. And try to team up with different factions. |

As said above those combats are shared exp, so in my opnion a wizzard has more chances to win a combat if they go holy build and buff his partners obviously im talking about 2 might good partners and preferrible higher level than yours, lets say you are lvl 10, fighting with two level 9s you would be the "Main level" there and would be pointless buff them, but if you had two level 11 partners you would just buff them and help them on blocking units and taking retail in the end you would win and get your exp, this is just about team work. |

Nobody said it will be piece of cake. What is the point to play this game if it would be easy? It is your tactic which is rewarded here by winning a hard vanguard. As someone told me: "it's such an uprising feeling" (referring to victory against difficult waves of ambushers). Winning is not everything, giving your best shot is what matters the most. |

n of course we dont play this game cuz it's a piece of cakebut cuz no matter what we have fun...so...have fun!! |
I have already stopped counting how many times I have lost against those unnatural stacks of Undeads...There is no excitement for me anymore to face hard enemies, I am resigning already with such stacks of more than 700 blacks knights in the 2nd wave and more than 6k skelly bowmen in our first wave...seems somebody wanted to bring us fun, but forgot to tell us how to enjoy.....
Or a second alternative suggestion: The maker(S) of these Vanguards wanted to drain our gold to zero :-) |
