Have you passed the trial? In order to get access to guild combats against other players, you must first pass the trial on the Commanders Guild Page.
Guild combats start once every 15 minutes, though a challenge can be created and joined during the first 12 minutes, whereas it can only be joined during the last 3. A challenge that has not been filled in full is dismissed and the combat does not take place.
Only lords of the same combat level can take part in any given guild combat.
Commander points are received by the winning party according to combat type:
So simply go to the page and see if there are any challenges. If there are, you may create a challenge and join one. If not, you can set one up by clicking on create a challenge over to the right. | Many people don't get at first, why it's not possible to join duel. Two players must create separate 1x1 challenges and at the end it puts them together in duel. The thing is, you don't choose your enemy. I tried to explain here
