Knockback of wasp swarm compared to dom. of tempest

AuthorKnockback of wasp swarm compared to dom. of tempest
I mean I know we might sound dumb but most of these mechanisms are hardly observed. They can be something simple for someone with inner insights into game mechanisms but for us, mortals, we can only observe effects and make conclusions.

So the questions is, does wasp swarm knock back even the target that moved just now? For example try it with basic hero with 10 initiative and creature that has 10,5 ini that just moved. If it is knocked, accumulated initiative can go into negative, if not, it cant. I havent encountered such situation though.
Accumulated initiative can go above 100%, but not below 0%.
Where did you find this rule? I couldn't find it in the "about the game" section.
One very important thing to note here.

Accumulated initiative is always within the period [0%;100%]

The runners can be kicked back, but only as far as the finish line. They might have crossed that line several times already (gained their turn), but that doesn't count (Obviously, those turns have already been taken, we can't go back in time here on LWM either =) )

Thus, if a creature has only passed 0.2 ATB scale, and then cast a wasp swarm on it (not long after having made its turn), it will still be drawn back to 0 (finish line), but not to -0.2 ATB scale.

Same with 100%. If a creature that has already passed 90% of ATB scale is used Fervor on, it will not move further than the finish line, only until there to take its turn immediately, and after taking it, will begin accumulating initiative for the new turn.

The finish line here acts as border from both sides. [0%;100%]
