This page shows all the resources available for purchase on the map.
In order to purchase different resources you would need to travel around the map of Empire. For example, crystals are only found in Silent Hill, whereas the only Gem mine so far is in Blooming glade.
To move around the map, use the windrose arrows in the bottom right corner of the map image:
