| A workaholic penalty isa penalty which minus your gain after enrolling when you do too much enrolling without a decent hunt/battle. To relieve it, you must fight in a hunt or battle and win:) |

To completely relieve it, you must earn at least 0.5 fsp.

| As said above, it is a penalty that influences your income. You get it after enrolling several times in a row (usually 10) without winning a combat. To relieve it, just win any combat (any at all) |

1) Laborers' guild mechanics reconsidered. Any Lord who has worked 10 workshifts in a row at Empire's facilities since his or her last victorious combat, shall suffer an efficiency drop of 20% at each further enrolment, down to 10% of the usual efficiency. One victorious combat of any type restores it back to full 100%.
