lot of new rules was been proposed already by the admin..i just want to sure about this..
it is forbidden? having clan prizes in the clan? in the clan events ..the prize comes from the donation of the members in the clan..???it is still allowed? |

The 30% rule is gone since Nov. 10. Besides, even before that day, there was another rule stating what is forbidden:
3.22. Any custom combat tournaments with a prize reward and/or a participation fee are forbidden.
Prizes for clan events are allowed only in case those events are not tournaments. This makes the range of Allowed types very narrow, since the in-game definition of tournaments states:
Tournaments represent a system of combats of one type, same for all players, with a competition in certain field, often for players of one level.
Anything fitting in this description is not authorized to be rewarded with prizes. |

There were exceptions in the past where I gave my special permission to hold certain tournament types with prizes. However, Any current custom tournaments may not have prizes, as neither I nor any other team member have accorded them with the organizers. |

how about if we made a clan event, it is called a contest in mercenary guild
the one who will get first to battle a combat
example:
1 vanguard
1 army
1 monster
1 raid
1 brigand
then a winner..
can we give the winners some gold from the clan balance...?
the gold in the clan balance comes from the donations in the members in the clan.. ????? |

I don't think your example counts as a tournament. The 'prizes' for the winners in your case would be considered under "gifts" (unless Arctic corrects me here) from who ever is controlling the clan treasury.
I believe that the 'tournaments' for the rule refer to fights that are PvP that are similar to the current tournaments that Empire holds for us. Like a custom blindfold tournament or something like that. |

Very well then, Takesister. But what combat level we consider for the clan? Is the treasurer giving the clan combat level? Quite illogic in my opinion.
On the other hand, the rules state clearly that only card tournaments are allowed. Any other type of combat as competition/tournament is not allowed to have neither participation fee nor prize. I doubt that bounty hunters make any exception from that rule. |
I also believe that since the "clan" cannot have possessions or gold and that the clan treasury is considered to be the Clan Leader's, we use the Clan Leader's level?
But then, I think that's just my opinion. |
| My opinion - for the rewards to count as a "gift" - it has to come straight from that player itself (clan leader, treasurer etc.) and not from the clan treasury. |

Yes this is legal because I started this in the GB clan and brought it to LOS, now also copied by others. Arctic told me directly this was OK. |
