| When a creature is Entangled by Treefolk, will the Teleport spell still work on them? |
I will try next time I get a treefolk hunt or quest.
I would offer a duel to find out, but staged combat rules could be in way of our experiment. |

3.16. Staged combats leading one of the parties to losing a priori will be punished for. A staged combat by definition is one where any one of the parties or party members intentionally loses to the other for any reason different from having technical problems with access to the game. Instigation to losing a combat is also forbidden.

Well, basically you are right. But since it would need me using some holy setting, getting myself entangled at some point to try to teleport myself before he kills me, some "not the best move" might occur. And players have been penalised for doing ridiculous moves before.
Be it for fsp gain or some other thing, something called "fsp giveaway" with shady borderlines have come into rulebook. :-) |

I don't suggest trying to suggest ways and means to get around rules. If you have a valid occurrence of the event (teleport and entangle), state it, else... |
There is also an easier solution - ask Arctic =)

Just an academic question...
Swords are at 2:2 , tree folk attack and entangle them, ipslne teleports them to 3:10... now will they be able to move like normal ... i.e. will teleport act as dispel as well , or will they be rooted to the new square ? |
Yes, Teleport will successfully work on an entangled creature if all other spell conditions are met (enough range for enough HP).
