| I dont know how much coding that would take but not much i guess since online indiicator is already implemented. And it could really increase Group Battle frequency which is a problem since level 11 or so. |

Well, you could just ask your members (as part of clan rules or the clan membership briefing), to always be in Clan chat.
Won't that be easier and not require a new feature (and delay any updates or events)? |
You could just send a message to everyone, telling them at the start of the message: "If you are not online during this time, from a to b, please ignore this message. If you are not from levels x to z, ignore this message as well."
Then your message for GBs or whatever...
Plus, this also informs those that are at level x-1 and are about to level up, not requiring you to resend that message.

| Sending to guys who arent online didnt work (gb tournament clan) it ends up in spam so then u ignore all clan mail. Asking members to be in chat doesnt work either most of people dont do it, but they join gbs if u ask em directly by pm. |
