how do spells work

Authorhow do spells work
why do you need mana for spells and such sort
https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=31
spell increase the duration of a spell(except some like raise dead and phantom)
Also, parameter points can be re-distributed by buying and 'drinking' a Potion of Oblivion here -

https://www.lordswm.com/shop.php?cat=potions

So if you have wanna rearrange your parameter points to/away from Knowledge or Spell Power, you can do so.

Mana is some sort of "Currency" in combat to spend on casting spells. Every spell "costs" some amount of mana. This element of the game is created to let the player plan the character development. "Knowledge" parameter defined how much mana your character could have in any one combat, while "Spell power" defines how strong those spells would be. Balancing them is no easy task, every faction at different levels and different army builds have totally different preferable SP-Kn setups.
