The only way to look at spells while not in battle is to check your castle, see what magic guild you have built, and check out those spells here: https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=31
Also you need to take note of what spells some factions start out with.
Wizards start with Magic Punch.
DEs start with Earthen spikes.
Necros start with raise dead. | The option to review one's own spellbook might be introduced at a certain point in the future. It is listed in suggestions, voiced several times and acknowledged by the Administration.
