Author | how do i quote somebody's post? |
i dont see any button for quoting. |
Underneath the posters name you will see a [>] and a [q].
If you highlight the text you wish to quote, then hit the [q] button, it should quote it. |
i dont see any button for quoting.
<--see my name in post. in left is written [q] faintly just select my text and press that button and post it |
You see, on the left, below the posters' name? "[q]"?
Highlight the text you want to quote and click that
Then you'll get something like this:
i dont see any button for quoting. |
under ur name there are [q] symbol... press it... or.. write [quote"] before typing something ... (delete the " when u are doing it) |
i dont see any button for quoting.
To quote, just simply highlight any line/word of your choice to quote and beside any post. there's a 'q' there. Click on it to quote. |
See the little [q] under each posters name?
Select the text you want then click on that.
Alternatively you can put <quote> at the start of some text and </quote> at the end of some text for the same effect (Substitute [] for <>, I had to use different brackets or nothing would have shown up).
