Got to East Bay, there press the public services next to the production and go to the inn. You can figure out the rest.

What kind of quest?

If you are talking about the current event, with the demons, the first part is over. Now you can travel to Blooming Glade or Seraphs Tear and take part in vanguards.

1) Go to Yellow Lake.

2) Go to map --> public services, click on mercenaries guild.

Then you can accept a quest, do it, and come back.

Note that most quests are very difficult to do on level 4.

at lv 5 finnaly you have enought troups to do most of mercenary quests
so start there :) they give pretty valuable elements
