Hi,
i got 2 question:
1.: 3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20,000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
I think, this mean, i can transfer 260K of my money to any other charakter? I can remember a rule with said, that presents arent allowed to be higher then 30% of my complete money...?
2.: What means "month"? If i would make a present now, when would be the next "Present-date"? 26.01.11? Or 01.01.11?

You can transfer 260k of your money as loans which will be owed and has to be returned within one month since the transfer date.
As for presents, they are governed by the next rule, 3.15.
30% rule no longer exists.
Month means a period since the first until the last day of any calender month. Thus, transfers made in December belong to one month, transfers made in January belong to another. | Ty, i think the problem was my bit ... not perfect English :)
