I've donated many elements for enchanting a clan set. They are worth more then 130,000 gold. Of course I will ask a part of the elements back, if it's illegal.
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.

This states you shouldn't send any large amount of gold to anyone with reasoning that you're leaving the game.

This is the general rule for gifts, any kind, including clan donations.
The rule could be written better and be more clear but that is it's meaning. | Erekose is right, clan donations must the general gifts rule of 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
So you can only give 130k +250*diamonds | OK, the opinions of you two are enough for me now.
