i've seen that untill lvl 9 orcs were attaked n wolves werent hit till all orcs were dead but now wolves are being hit first n chiefs later.
strange tht they finish the main troop of barbs first rather than usual behaviour of destroying archers.
What could be the possible reason for this change? |
| It has nothing to do with your level. There were recent changes to the AI. How they view which stack to attack first has been changed. |

Doesn't change anything because It has nothing to do with your level.
The AI has changed and your level has nothing to do with it.
If you had previously as a level 9 seen that hunts/MGs attack different from your combats as a level 10 BEFORE the AI upgrade (since you levelled on the 4th of December), then maybe due to the increase of your troop numbers, the AI made a different decision for targets. |

Maybe because your wolfs have defence 3 and orc chiefs 4 (supposing that you already upgraded your orcs)? In comparison, orcs have defence 1 and have same HP as wolfies. |
I believe Crys might be the winner here.
Since you upgraded the Orcs to Orc Chiefs, they recieved a new "threat-level"/"urgency-level" if I'm allowed to make up words.
The AI is probably assumed to take out what feels easier first, and even though the Orcs generate more threat, they are also harder for the AI to kill. Hence, they go for the easier target first hoping there will be time for the Chiefs later.
Since neither of us know how the AI is coded though, and those that do know never look in this part of the forum, I'm going to close the thread with a "QA(as much as it can be)TC". |
