| Just write in your personnel info that he is your friend and in his personnel info, write you are his friend. Then you can play. But make sure there are no transfers between you all. |

Each of the brothers, and yourself, need to add text to your profiles. You need to add that you know two brothers and might play from their IP. You also need to add the names of each of their characters and extra's.
Example: "I sometimes play from the same IP XredXBlytheX and his brother XBlueXBlahblahX. Their extras are Fugufish, Charlie, TheBananaKing and NotYouGuys. They might also play from my home-IP from time to time. We know the rules and have read them. "

it would be 9 (3 his 3 his friend and 3 his friend's brother) and i doubt that - if so he would first be kicked out from LOS (#153 clan) and then most probably blocked |
