| my DE faction skill is 1,according to xperience table 1 defence to my troops.my question is,if i change to elf does the 1 defence still works on elf troops? |
No.
Faction skill bonus and special abilities only applies to the current faction. |

faction skill bonus wont add to your hero.
it only contribute to your troops.
so if you change to elf, you troops lost all the iniative,defense and attack they gain from faction skill.
you only get 12% damage reduction from de player/caravan. |
