Hello,
Following discution on new players, AP requirements @level 5 and related cost do you think it could be worth the pain and cost to create a min AP clan ?
Players could then create game open to clan member only and that could avoid having cheaters joining min AP battles with full hard and thus disgusting new players not having the money to be always full art themslves.
Question is open to everybody, including those who could donate because to be honnest so far this is far beyond my tresuary to create a clan myself. |

@1 : Nice idea of yours, then you would have a clan where the cheaters would get evicted if there where any and in theory it would provide very fair game-play. But then, you'll have to face a "problem", you'll have to recruit many people in order to have enough members for fair battles at any time. I know it doesn't sound hard to find many players, but actually I think it is |

Read the local rules of clan section to see what is allowed in clan section and who is wrong here. *Frowns at dmitriyns.*
First of all, most of the clans have their rules about AP and following battle descriptions. For example Lords were a clan for only purpose: Group battles for different levels with fair AP. And it worked very good.

yes sure many clans have their own AP rules but probably better to have 1 named "Min AP clan" than 500 having their own variation of rules and only a few players.
It can work only if all interrested join the clan so if the clan is well known.
Anyway, I'm just suggesting the idea and and I propose to particpate in terms of po and clan administration if it is created one day.
Beside this please don't turn this post into a battle to say if this is the right place or not.
If that's not the case an admin will move it.

I agree it worked but was created for higher levels than the ones we could mainly target with that "min AP clan".
I was recruited via MP at that time and that's not something we could do for each players level 5 or more.
So to me the clan name is important and we'll have to promote it to make it well known.
I'm afraid that today nobody knows what is the "lords" clan unless he was contacted first.
Sure targeting lower levels doesn't mean higher could not join but all will have to apply the same rules. |
Since when is minimum AP battle, following description, etc. not a common interest, but a personal one?? Ah, Arguing through internet..competing in special olympics. Use your beloved search function and find me ONE clan that is dedicated to playing min AP group battles and actually works. ie. more than 1 minimum AP clan group battle daily.
There are not many 10+ players, so min AP battles would really work just for those below combat level 10. Those higher would rather prefer lords rules or something similar.
The main problem I would see in creating such a clan is time. I wouldnt be able to manage something as big as that. Maybe start thinking small and let the clan build its reputation. Make a fuzz at forum, contact few active and fair players. And use skype. I dont know about a clan that was build only for min AP group battles. All clans have a blah, blah, follow description policy, but I havent seen a clan promoting and making min AP battles/tournaments. At least not an active one.
PS: You cannot call it "Min AP clan" because clan approval takes something between months and eternity. |

Sure high level can prefer lords but that doesn't mean high level can't do anything for lower levels.
The idea is if a battle is created with clan limitation then clan admin could ban any rule breaker so next time players will be sure they won't face that same guy if they create with clan limitation battle.
If they don't create with clan limit then anybody can join with no limit to arts.
Once again i'm just suggesting an idea and try to find a way to encourage "young" players to play after level 5 despite AP requirement.

If the admins would make the AP restrictions compulsory for self created Duels and Group battles, it would help a great deal towards the way that no clan with any AP restrictions is needet. Aswell it would prevent other players to abuse these AP restrictions even once.
I myself was victim to some guy who on purpose joined a min AP fight with full arts. And sadly he did not break any rule, because due to funny rules of admins and the fact that it was possible for him to join, people like him will go on and on with upsetting people (maybe another small reason for leaving players).
So, my suggestion is to make AP restrictions possible to set for normal players aswell, not only as there is for Tournaments.
I think there have been threads about this topic before long ago (old website already) and still no actions have been taken in this way, so it seems that administrating a clan ourselves could be the only possible way so far.

My clan actually is just meant as a list of people who don't agree with the AP rule to be compulsory for even killing such small stuff like 10 goblins, that give 20 gold and you have to wear 10 AP that could be able to kill 20000 goblins. I think that, no matter what reason that funny empress introduced the AP rules, it should be possible to choose the taken arts oneself.
Or atleast, maybe it would give this game some new kind of thrill, make it possible to break the "law", and get punished by the allmighty empress, in case of getting caught with 5 times as much as the fight would have cost with min AP.
Just some funny nonsense idea :-)
