| i ve ckecked your combat logs and you were Thief before december 2009 and i guess you were TG2 before this date. So no more TGI in this case |
11) New Thieves' Guild Mechanics to be introduced since December, 1st. The Guild invitation will only be given out to thieves once, to those who achieve the 5th level in the Guild. Those who have already received an Invitation at Guild level 2, will not receive any more invitations.
Battlefields for Thieves' Guild ambushes and Mercenaries' Guild brigand quests have been increased to 18x18 cells.
Experience granted for TG caravan combats has been doubled.

I have spend alot of gold and time to reach lvl 5. Gold that i should start playing deamon for that i cant now.
Then I bought my TGI the rules was that I should get one at lvl 2 and one at lvl 5. |

well, you had bought your tgi in july 2009 and not renting your tgi. You get the tgi back at TG2 just before December 2009. You should have reach TG4 just before this date to have the second TGI. In your case no more TGI.
Sorry for your gold spent, but you could have asked other players to have this info.
