It is under the enchanting options.
5,000 gold enables the enchanter to put his brand (name and link) on the art. |
When you enchant an item yourself (or for someone else), there is a check box: "Brand" under the pull-down menu that you choose what enchantments to add.
It cost 5000 gold for the enchanter and allows you to add your name to the enchantment.
