workaholic penalty comes when u enroll 10 times in a row without a combat in which u win 0.5 fsp n above....
win any battle n get more than 0.5 fsp n it will go away...
at least last time i checked it was lik tis...

1) Laborers' guild mechanics have been reconsidered. Any Lord who has worked 10 workshifts in a row at Empire's facilities since his or her last victorious combat, shall suffer an efficiency drop of 20% at each further enrolment, down to 10% of the usual efficiency. One victorious combat of any type restores it back to full 100%.

6) The workaholic penalty is now completely relieved only in case if the lord receives at least 0.5 skill points in the victorious combat. Otherwise, only a fraction of the penalty is relieved, proportional to the FSP received. |
