It is called UCI (Unique character image)

You can buy them with 1000 (last year price was 500) diamonds.

To get an UCI you have to have 1000 diamonds on ur account. To order such an image you have to contact the Dealer (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=7).
