a block is forever unless the admins were wrong then you can get an unblock by asking the secretary showing why you are innocent.
a ban is not forever and the time that you cant post on the forum or chat is shown on your character page |

The formula is a joke.
You need to have a VERY good reason to get unblocked. You can try to PM secretary but you chances are properly very slim, as only a handful have been unblocked |
