according to the results in 40tournament lv-5 wizards...2 people r having 2nd position...so they both should be second right??and i should be 3rdinsteadof 4th...what is this?

There is no third, because there are 2 seconds. But since there are 3 people in front of you, you're fourth. Simple maths.
