3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation. |

1. Do as post @2 says and file a report.
2. Even fi the player is punished, chances are you won't get compensation from the admins, as written in the rules - The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation
3. Let this be a lesson to you not to give loans to just any stranger, or even friends in some cases, especially if they have huge debts already (can check from player's logs) or is a roulette addict. |

I have bad message to You too.
You finance accounts of other players. Why?
You send: 10.000 + commision = 10.100
You received: 10.000
Total: -100
Borrower must give you at least 10.100 when he paid back loan.
Game rules deny to loan with interest, but you can see my logs, what i doing when i getting loans from other players.
I returning something like "10.500 - loan returned + gift".
But this additional 400 gold is my own decision to reward person what gived me loan.
Is prohibited (by game rules) to demand this when you give loan. This is a individual player decision.
But you can demand this "100" paid by commision for Empire. This is legal and not agains game rules. |
