Can I post negative things about the game so that they may be improved?
can I list them and just put them out there. whether they may be improved or not its sort of just to see what people do like or don't and see how it turns out. |

well it depends how you structure what you put... if you say for example

this is rubbish
your thread will get deleted.
if you post something like this in ideas and suggestions
these are the parts of the game i think need improving
this is a bit outdated and needs better graphics
that needs a bigger font for easy reading

The people don't get bans and blocks like that, must do a illegal things, like financial violations, stagged battles etc.

well, merlin explained you the main for this part of forum! But keep in mind each part of forum may have different within rules, so please read them before posting! I ve checked your ban history and who did (the guy)!
